Reiki Master Certification

Over the past 20 months, I made three separate journeys to the shores of Lake Seneca in upstate New York, each time completing a different level of Reiki training with my mentor, Jaclyn Eisman. As of June 7, I now officially hold my Reiki Master certification!

Although - let's be real - this certification simply marks that I now have the tools to practice reiki; mastery of anything comes from years of dedication.

About Reiki

Originating in Japan, Reiki is a form of energy healing, a relaxation technique to which practitioners often bring heightened sensitivity and intuition to guide the work.

Being A Sensor

Working with Jaclyn helped me deepen my understanding that my inherent sensitivity is not a hindrance but a tool; humans are sensors and my heightened sensitivity makes me finely attuned to the energies around me.

Though this is the first time I've trained to sharpen this skill, I can see now that as a photographer I’ve always followed my felt-sense to curate what I capture in the camera. And as a strategic business consultant, I’m constantly tuning into my clients' energetic landscapes to shape effective strategies that lead to a greater sense of alignment.

My Healing Journey

Reiki has also been one important piece in my self-guided, multi-modality care plan that helped me finally understand and heal 15 years of seemingly unfixable gut issues. Perhaps I'll share more about this another time, but for now I'm excited to say I can now eat all the foods and it’s glorious! And, my journey continues.

Now Offering Reiki

As a multi-passionate solo-entrepreneur, I’m happy to announce that I'm looking forward to incorporating Reiki into my offerings alongside consulting, website design, and photography.

I’m looking forward to holding space for others on their own healing journeys.

P.S. As a part of my apprenticeship with Jaclyn, I had the inspiration and privilege of building her website, bringing the magical world of her healing cabin and offerings online so more people can find her. You can view her website here: JaclynEisman.com. Thank you Jaclyn for being my teacher and guide!
