Lake Superior Vacation Rentals

Lake Superior Vacation Rentals (LSVR) is located on the shores of Lake Superior in Grand Marais, Michigan. Run by host Leslie Davis, this collection of 20+ properties gives travelers many “home away from home” options to choose from when visiting the pristine nature of the Upper Peninsula. When Leslie took over the business from the former owner, she knew she wanted to update the website to not only modernize the aesthetics and digital booking capabilities but also to visually communicate the beauty of the area while updating the imagery of the properties. For Leslie’s rebuild, I integrated vacation booking management software so that guests could automatically book - saving Leslie countless hours. We also brought in a calendar so that guests could search all properties available by their desired date and a map so they could see the actual locations of all the properties. After redoing the photography for more than half of the properties when I was in Michigan during summer 2020, we updated the listings and also added other lifestyle imagery I captured of the area to bring nature alive on the site. It's been a pleasure working with Leslie and helping her grow this business by making sure that her website and back-office capabilities can keep up with the demand for excellent service she provides.
